ESAB supports 14 local social groups around the county. The groups usually meet once a month and transport can be arranged to the meetings. The groups are run by teams of local volunteers. Social groups are held in the following places:
- Battle (meets 2nd Friday afternoon of the month)
- Bexhill (meets 1st Friday afternoon of the month)
- Crowborough (meets 3rd Friday afternoon of the month)
- Herstmonceux (meets 3rd Wednesday afternoon of the month)
- Hove (meets 1st Friday afternoon of the month)
- Lewes (meets 2nd Monday afternoon of the month)
- Newhaven (meets 3rd Monday afternoon of the month)
- Polegate (meets 4th Tuesday afternoon of the month)
- Portslade (meets 3rd Friday afternoon of the month)
- Rye & Winchelsea (meets 1st Tuesday afternoon of the month)
- Seaford (meets 1st Thursday afternoon of the month)
- Peacehaven (SPA) (meets 4th Monday afternoon of the month)
- Uckfield (meets 1st Wednesday afternoon of the month)
- Tuesday Club (this is an evening club for members who want to get out and about a bit more. It meets in different venues on the 2nd Tuesday evening each month).
